Role Summary

Lead and manage a premium apparel department to drive sales, profitability, and excellent customer experience while ensuring smooth daily operations and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales and margin targets for the apparel department.

Manage inventory, minimize stock loss, and control expenses.

Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain visual merchandising standards.

Lead, train, and develop the department team to deliver excellent customer service.

Handle customer feedback and improve department performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong leadership, communication, and retail management skills.

Experience in premium or branded apparel retail with team supervision.

Customer-centric approach and good analytical ability

Experience of 2-3 years as a department manager or styling.

Strong knowledge of trends and personal styling.

Well-groomed and Excellent communication skills.
