Position Overview


You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and giving them tailored solutions on investment products. This role involves regular communication via calls, emails, and chat platforms to ensure client onboarding and foster long-term loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:

Strong understanding of investment products, including Equity, F&O, Commodity, PMS, Bonds, FD, Insurance, IPO, Stocks, Mutual Funds and alternative investments

Will be responsible for onboarding customers for Equity and Mutual Funds

Assess client needs and suggest customized recommendations to enhance their experience with our products and services

Proactively reach out to clients to assess their needs and gather feedback

Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and changes in investment products to provide informed advice

Act as a trusted partner, providing insights and support to help clients open their Demat and Trading accounts

Identify opportunities for account growth and present solutions that align with client objectives

Track and document client interactions in our CRM system to maintain accurate records and follow up as needed

Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed guidance to clients Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related fields

Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or customer service, preferably in a virtual environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and understanding

Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual collaboration software

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of Stock Market & NISM Certification can be an add on advantage
