Position Title / Role : Demand Planner

Function/Department : International Marketing

Division : Vaccine Operations

Qualification & Experience : MBA/PGD in Supply Chain from Tier 2 or Tier 3 B-School or colleges specialized in Supply Chain with 5 to 8 years

Job Location : Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Main purpose of the Job:

To ensure Delivery SLAs committed to International Customers are met, by closely coordinating with Internal supply planning teams on timelines.

Job responsibilities:

Assist in preparing the documents needed for tenders and billing.
Review and acknowledge customer POs by checking against contracts
Review of payment instructions, confirmations from Finance on advance payments, LC docs, etc before supply clearance
Organizing and submission of shipping documents to customers
Conducting S&OP monthly meetings and demand consolidation to advise Supply Planning Team on planning to ensure SLAs are compiled conduct daily, weekly follows with Supply planning to ensure supplies
Tracking Sales performance against budgets, preparing MIS reports and LBEs for the year, tracking open orders in hand, etc.
Coordinate with Finance on invoices, sales and budget reconciliations on need basis
Record keeping of Customer Master Data and Supply reports of the department
Tracking of export Invoices / billing documents.
Tracking of outstanding and commission payments.

Candidate desired skills:

Preferred experience in Pharma Industry Supply Chain exports
Hands on experience in interfacing between International Customers and internal supply planning team
Possess full knowledge & minimum 5 years experience on export procedures working with international freight forwarders
Experience in using SCM modules in SAP and MS office tools
Good written and oral communication skills in English.
