Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make sales pitch calls to prospective customers with the aim of appointment setting and generating new business opportunities.
  • Connect with prospects on LinkedIn and build a strong professional network.
  • Identify, qualify, and generate leads within the defined territory (International Market).
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal and client-facing teams to ensure smooth communication and opportunity development.
  • Engage in phone and email interactions with customers to build relationships, provide customer support, and identify potential opportunities.
  • Develop and close sales opportunities to grow revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Work closely with sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account growth aligned with the companys business strategy.


Qualifications & Education Requirements

  • Graduate degree (mandatory).
  • Postgraduate/MBA preferred.
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing preferred.


Preferred Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (US shift).
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic about building a career in IT Sales.
  • Ability to build relationships, manage prospects, and close opportunities.
