Demand Generation Specialist

Location: Chennai Experience: 15 years Job Type: Full-Time Shift Timing: General Shift Salary: Fixed + Incentives Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented International Outbound Calling Executives to join our team. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to international clients or prospects, generate leads, explain services/products, and convert prospects into customers or appointments. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers across international markets (e.g., GCC, Southeast Asia). Promote company products/services and generate interest among potential customers. Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team or close deals directly (as per business model). Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate and timely information. Follow up with leads regularly and nurture them for conversion. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Handle objections professionally and resolve customer queries effectively. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign feedback. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English Skilled in engaging and building rapport with customers across international market Proven experience in international BPO or outbound sales, or telemarketing preferred. Strong listening, negotiation, and persuasive skills. Graduate in any stream (bachelors preferred).
