Role Overview

We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to drive lead generation and pipeline growth through paid marketing channels. The role requires hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (search & display), and Meta Ads with a strong focus on ROI and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads

Generate high-quality leads and drive marketing pipeline growth

Optimize campaigns for cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and landing pages

Monitor campaign performance and share insights with the marketing and sales teams


Required Skills

Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads

Strong understanding of B2B lead generation campaigns

Experience managing performance marketing budgets and optimizing campaigns

Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics

Good to Have

Experience in SaaS or product companies

Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms
