Job Description

(A) JOB SUMMARY

Lepton Software is looking for a Demand Generation & SEO Content Manager responsible for building and scaling our inbound and outbound lead generation engine while strengthening our organic search presence in the telecom and location intelligence space. The role will focus on driving pipeline growth through targeted digital campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and marketing automation platforms.

The candidate will also create and manage SEO-driven technical content such as blogs, whitepapers, and case studies to attract telecom operators, infrastructure companies, and enterprise buyers globally. Working closely with sales and marketing teams, this role will focus on generating qualified leads, improving search visibility, and supporting overall revenue growth through integrated demand generation and content strategies.


(B) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive MQLs and SQLs.
  • Design and run LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns targeting telecom and enterprise buyers.
  • Build targeted Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for strategic enterprise accounts.


SEO Strategy

  • Develop and execute SEO strategy to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings.
  • Identify high-intent keywords related to telecom network planning, GIS, and fiber infrastructure.
  • Conduct competitor and keyword analysis.


Content Creation

  • Develop and execute SEO strategy to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings.
  • Identify high-intent keywords related to telecom network planning, GIS, and fiber infrastructure.
  • Conduct competitor and keyword analysis.


Website Optimization

  • Optimize website content structure, meta tags, and internal linking.
  • Improve search rankings for strategic industry keywords.


Lead Funnel Optimization

  • Design high-converting landing pages, gated assets, and campaign funnels.
  • Optimize conversion rates across the website and campaign landing pages.
  • Work closely with sales to improve MQL SQL conversion.


Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Manage marketing automation workflows (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce).
  • Build email nurture sequences for lead nurturing.
  • Maintain lead scoring and attribution models.


Performance & Analytics

  • Track campaign performance metrics such as CPL, conversion rate, pipeline contribution.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, and content performance.
  • Use tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics.


(C) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 58 years of experience in SEO, B2B demand generation, or growth marketing
  • Experience creating technical content and running marketing campaigns for SaaS, telecom, or enterprise technology companies
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, and organic search strategies
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content
  • Strong analytical mindset with performance marketing and campaign optimization expertise


(D) SUCCESS & METRICS

  • Monthly qualified leads generated and pipeline contribution from marketing campaigns
  • Growth in organic website traffic and improvement in keyword rankings for strategic industry terms
  • Number of inbound leads generated through SEO and demand generation initiatives
  • Engagement and performance of technical content assets such as blogs, whitepapers, and case studies
