Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive MQLs and SQLs.
  • Design and run LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns targeting telecom and enterprise buyers.
  • Build targeted Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for strategic enterprise accounts.


Lead Funnel Optimization

  • Design high-converting landing pages, gated assets, and campaign funnels.
  • Optimize conversion rates across the website and campaign landing pages.
  • Work closely with sales to improve MQL SQL conversion.


Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Manage marketing automation workflows (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce).
  • Build email nurture sequences for lead nurturing.
  • Maintain lead scoring and attribution models.


Performance & Analytics

  • Track campaign performance metrics such as CPL, conversion rate, pipeline contribution.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights.


Skills & Experience

  • 58 years experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and ABM campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Experience in SaaS / telecom / enterprise technology marketing
  • Strong analytical mindset with performance marketing expertise
