Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive MQLs and SQLs.
- Design and run LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns targeting telecom and enterprise buyers.
- Build targeted Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for strategic enterprise accounts.
Lead Funnel Optimization
- Design high-converting landing pages, gated assets, and campaign funnels.
- Optimize conversion rates across the website and campaign landing pages.
- Work closely with sales to improve MQL SQL conversion.
Marketing Automation & CRM
- Manage marketing automation workflows (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce).
- Build email nurture sequences for lead nurturing.
- Maintain lead scoring and attribution models.
Performance & Analytics
- Track campaign performance metrics such as CPL, conversion rate, pipeline contribution.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights.
Skills & Experience
- 58 years experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and ABM campaigns
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Experience in SaaS / telecom / enterprise technology marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with performance marketing expertise
