About the role:

We are looking for Manager, Demand Generation who fits in with our fun, fast-paced culture and has the skills to contribute to Cvents long-term growth. You will be based in Cvent Indias Gurgaon office, andyou would be reporting to the North America Regional marketing leadership. Youwould beresponsible for driving growth initiatives for Cvent Hospitality Cloud solutions. This will include identifying high growth areas for the business in collaboration with sales, product and analytics teams, right sizing and creating go to market plans and landing the plans. You are expected to be an expert in demand generation, B2B Saas business ownership, target persona, their pain points, and how our solutionsaddress those pain points, as well as the buyers journey and sales process.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Work with marketing leadership, sales, analytics and product to identify high growth areas.
• Right size growth opportunities, create got to market plans and project manage initiatives.
• Own the campaign process (plan, create, launch, manage) for prospects & customers to drive measurable impact i.e lead gen, pipeline creation, changes in account behavior and/or share of wallet against annual goals
• Work with sales and sales management to understand the challenges faced in the Hospitality software selling process and developprograms and tools to drive growth.
• Collaborate closely with product team to understand product roadmap and analyze associated revenue opportunities
• Work with global demand and field marketing teams to identify areas to streamline operations or drive incremental demand with evergreen programs across different funnel stages.
• Work with shared marketing services teams to execute associated marketing programs and campaigns.
• Lead Hospitality Cloud industry partnerships strategy along with partnerships and alliance teams
• Analyze, benchmark, and report on campaigns and marketing tactics, including monthlyand quarterly reviews with cross functional senior leadership

What You Will Need for this Position:

• MBA degree from a reputedB-school.
• 10+ years of marketing experience with software,SaaS-based, or technology products in the B2B space. Preferably in growth marketing .
• Experience indelivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing programs.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with sales,and other marketing teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills a must.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM (Salesforce), and other tools, such as Marketo, Sigma, Tableau preferred.
