About the Role
We are looking for a Demand Generation professional to drive qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline through targeted marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and capable of managing multi-channel campaigns to generate measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, social media, webinars, events, paid ads, etc.).
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify target audience segments and create personalized outreach strategies.
- Manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Work closely with content, design, and digital teams to develop compelling marketing assets.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to optimize ROI.
- Identify opportunities for ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and high-value lead targeting.
- Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and event organizers for campaign execution.
- Maintain and update CRM/marketing automation tools with accurate lead and campaign data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or lead generation (SaaS/IT industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign analytics.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
