Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager Demand Side to manage and grow relationships with demand partners such as advertisers, agencies, DSPs, and trading desks.

The ideal candidate should understand programmatic advertising, campaign optimization, and revenue growth while working closely with internal teams across Ad Operations, Product, and Engineering.


You will play a key role in ensuring high campaign performance, maximizing demand monetization, and building long-term demand partnerships.


Key Responsibilities


Demand Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with DSPs, agencies, advertisers, and trading desks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for demand partners for campaign execution and performance.
  • Identify opportunities to increase spend, scale campaigns, and grow demand partnerships.


Campaign Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor and optimize campaigns across programmatic channels (Display, In-App, Video, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign KPIs such as CTR, eCPM, Fill Rate, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
  • Work with internal teams to improve campaign performance and delivery.


Revenue Growth

  • Identify new demand opportunities and onboard high-quality demand partners.
  • Collaborate with monetization and product teams to improve yield and revenue.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing partners.


Data & Reporting

  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to demand partners.
  • Analyze trends and identify opportunities for optimization and revenue growth.
  • Use data to recommend improvements to targeting, pricing, and campaign setup.


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Ad Ops, Product, Engineering, and Supply teams.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues such as delivery, targeting, integration, or tracking problems.
  • Provide feedback to product teams on market demand and advertiser requirements.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 25 years of experience in AdTech / Programmatic Advertising / Digital Advertising.
  • Strong understanding of Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), RTB, and programmatic ecosystem.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or demand partners.
  • Familiarity with campaign performance metrics and optimization strategies.
  • Good understanding of mobile advertising, in-app monetization, or gaming publishers (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Experience

  • Experience with DSP platforms, programmatic exchanges, or ad networks.
  • Exposure to Google Ad Manager (GAM), programmatic deals, or RTB integrations.
  • Experience in mobile app ecosystem or gaming publishers.
