Job Summary for DeltaV Engineer:
System Design:
- Senior role: 6 to 9 years experience incl project lead/team role exposure OR Intermediate role: 4+ years experience
- Functional design of automation solutions to S88 standards for API
- Implement approved designs on chosen automation platforms using either new library components or using client library for Delta V DCS system.
- Implement approved designs on chosen automation platforms using either new library components or using client library for Delta V DCS system.
- Experience in the Designing and commissioning of DeltaV DCS Batch project for GMP manufacturing site.
- Test Documentation Preparation & execution
- Experience in designing and programming control systems with emphasis on Emerson Delta V DCS, DeltaV Live experience
- To be involved in Team Lead activities
Roles & Responsibilities
- Technical proficiency on controls systems
- Through understanding of Batch s88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units etc).
- Emerson DeltaV DCS and DelatV Live experience
- DeltaV Batch experience required.
- Design, program, implement, test and document Emerson Delta V DCSs
