Job description

We are looking for a Senior Golang Developer.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, passionate about clean code, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and is committed to delivering high-quality software in short, iterative sprints.

Key Responsibilities

• Holding a graduate BE / B.Tech / MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc with good academic record.
• 5-10 Years of Experience in software development with a strong focus on Go (Golang).
• Working experience in building and maintaining production-grade microservices and APIs.
• Strong grasp of cloud platforms (AWS) including services like Lambda, ECS and S3.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git, and containerization (Docker).
• Familiarity with distributed systems, message queues, and API design best practices.
• Having Experience with observability tools for logging, monitoring, and tracing.
• Passion for innovation and building quick PoCs in a startup-like environment.
• Demonstrate strong ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Analyze requirements and design technical specifications for backend services and APIs, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Architect, develop, and maintain robust Go (Golang) applications, particularly RESTful APIs and gRPC-based microservices.
• Optimize performance using Go concurrency features (goroutines, channels), manage synchronization, and debug data races and deadlocks.
• Implement automated testing (unit, integration, performance tests) and follow test-driven development best practices.
• Containerize and deploy services via Docker, Helm, Kubernetes; manage deployments in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Build CI/CD pipelines; monitor applications using logging, tracing, and metrics tools.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and advocate for software craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and data teams to ensure smooth integration and system coherence.
• Document architecture decisions, API specs, and design patterns.
• Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting of production services for high availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
