Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Developing and maintaining integration processes between various systems and applications (WorkDay, SalesForce, etc.)

Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to integrations and data flows.

Documenting technical designs, processes, and configurations.

Keeping up to date with the latest updates and best practices in Dell Boomi and integration technologies.

Testing and deploying integration solutions in different environments.

Designing integrations for resilience and fault tolerance to minimise downtime and ensure continuity.

Advising on best practices for optimisation, scalability, and reusability of integration components.

Monitoring and improving integration performance and reliability.

Qualifications

Proven experience with Dell Boomi platform.

Strong understanding of integration concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, and data mapping.

Experience with various data formats including XML, JSON, and SQL.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Experience in designing reusable components and frameworks for integrations.

Knowledge of CI/CD processes for integration deployments (desirable).
