Job Description

Delivery QA Manager - Digital GCC

Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic QA/Testing Manager to lead our Quality Assurance and Testing function across multiple programmes. You will drive delivery excellence, implementing modern test automation strategies, leading AI/GenAI testing projects, and using AI/GenAI to transform testing practices. We are looking for a forward-looking leader who can coach, mentor, and inspire teams while ensuring high-quality outcomes across all technology and business platforms

You will report to Technical Director, Global Digital GCC follow a Hybrid working schedule in Bangalore

Your Responsibilities:

Leadership & Delivery

• Lead the QA/Testing organisation, ensuring delivery of testing services across projects.
• Implement a test strategy aligned with business and technology goals.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Delivery Managers, Architects, Product Owners, Business Leaders) to ensure seamless integration of testing into the SDLC/Agile lifecycle.
• Manage resourcing, budgeting, and governance for testing engagements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards (e.g., ISO, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 if applicable).

Test Automation & Engineering Excellence

• Define and implement enterprise-wide test automation strategy, using modern tools and frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestNG, Cucumber).
• Promote continuous testing and CI/CD integration in DevOps pipelines.
• Evaluate and onboard latest tools in test data management, service virtualization, and performance engineering.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards for measuring automation ROI and effectiveness.

AI/GenAI Testing & Enablement

• Build AI/GenAI testing capabilities, including validation frameworks for AI/ML models and GenAI-based applications (fairness, accuracy, reliability, hallucinations, explainability, and security).
• Define methodologies to test data pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, RAG-based systems, LLM-based solutions, and AI-driven decision systems.
• Develop accelerators and reusable assets for AI/GenAI validation.

Infuse AI/GenAI in Testing

• Implement opportunities where AI/GenAI can enhance testing processes—test case design, defect prediction, intelligent test execution, synthetic test data generation, automated documentation, and improve analysis.
• Partner with delivery teams to embed AI-powered QA tools into testing workflows.
• Promote PoCs and innovation initiatives to demonstrate tangible value of AI/GenAI in testing.

Coach, Mentoring & Team Leadership

• Build, mentor, and scale a QA/Testing team across geographies.
• Establish career paths and learning plans to upskill the team in test automation, AI/ML, and latest QA practices.
• Create a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and accountability.
• Lead by example by engaging in hands-on delivery support, and stakeholder management.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in Delivery Excellence and managing large-scale delivery engagements.
• Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, with the capability to customise approaches.
• Knowledgeable in budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and contract/SOW governance.
• Experienced in stakeholder management, client relationship management, and executive-level reporting.
• Experience leading cross-functional, distributed teams across multiple locations.
• Well-versed in quality management, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in QA/Testing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience in test automation strategy and delivery.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML/GenAI testing or implementation experience in real-world projects.
• Certifications preferred: ISTQB Advanced/Expert Level, Agile Testing, Cloud Certifications, AI/ML Fundamentals.

Technical Expertise

• Experience with QA methodologies, SDLC/STLC, Agile, and DevOps.
• Deep experience in test automation frameworks, CI/CD, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and data validation.
• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML and GenAI testing frameworks (MLflow, PyCaret, TensorFlow Test Utilities, Prompt evaluation tools).
• Knowledge of data engineering testing (ETL, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, APIs, microservices).
• Experience in leading testing teams (onsite-offshore/global delivery model).
• Inspire, coach, and promote teams.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Exposure to multiple domains (e.g., manufacturing, supply chain, healthcare).
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Grafana etc
• Knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, or recent advancements in deep learning.
• Project management or consulting experience with top-tier firms.
