Job Description

Note: Any 1 service offering will not work. SHOULD have worked on either 2/3 Service offerings (ServiceNow/BPM/Microsoft) and should be from the IT Services Orgs


Build, lead and guide the capabilities around ServiceNow Deployment, BPM Tech (Pega, Appian, UiPath, AWS Quick Suite, MS Power Platform, Celonis) and Productivity Suite (Co-Pilot, O365, Sharepoint, Teams, etc.) by setting the strategic direction for the service offerings.


Role:


He/ She would own end-to-end delivery for enterprise programs across Microsoft stack (Azure, Dynamics, M365), ServiceNow, and BPM platforms.

Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, quality, and budget expectations.

Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for delivery excellence.

Practice & Consulting

Build and scale practices in Microsoft technologies, ServiceNow, and BPM, including capability development, solution accelerators, and reusable assets.

Partner with clients to define digital transformation roadmaps, leveraging Microsoft cloud, ServiceNow workflows, and BPM automation.

Provide thought leadership and advisory services to CXOs and senior stakeholders.

Lead cross-functional teams of architects, consultants, and delivery managers.

Collaborate with sales and account teams to position offerings in Microsoft, ServiceNow, and BPM domains.


Required Skills & Experience


Over 25 years of professional experience in any 2 of the offerings like ServiceNow, Microsoft, BPM Tech etc. over the last 10yrs

Strong track record in managing delivery/practice/consulting for any 2 (Microsoft technologies (Azure, Dynamics, M365), ServiceNow implementations, and BPM platforms (e.g., Pega, Appian, Camunda) practices in the last 10years.

Experience in consulting, practice-building, and advisory engagements

Proven track record of business orientation that has helped in successfully delivering scale, customer value and wins for the organization.
