| Candidate Requirement | · Band- C2 · 15+ Years in IT, with over 10+ years in Salesforce solutions · Responsible for delivery of Salesforce transformation program across geographies.
Responsibilities include:
· Manages the delivery of Technically complex multi geography, large transformation programs involving multiple stake holders · Liaises with SMU business heads, account delivery heads, customer org and sales/pre-sales teams. · Responsible for providing industry, client segment insights in terms of Salesforce driven transformation opportunities, technology adoption trends. · Manage a large team of highly competent technical architects and SMEs in onsite – offshore model · Validate and/or support Solution development/proposals, architecture validation, monitoring/guiding implementation on a regular basis, frequently assessing the solution/runbook strengths and making relevant course corrections through the transformation process, ensuring timely and strong BAU handover process (from technology PoV). · Contribute to overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements for the Program · CXO level stakeholder management · Support in Develop, Monitor and Deliver the Program within Scope, budget and Schedule
Experience ( Essential )
· Engineering Degree with 15+ years in IT · 10+ years of deep Salesforce cloud solutions · 5+ yeas of plan, design and architect complex architectures for global customers. · Ability to develop and monitor Program schedules and timelines to identify and meet critical milestones · Prior experience of large managing complex Transformation Programs. · Proficient in Project management tools & processes · Commercial orientation · Good and effective written and oral communication · Good people management skill · Experience in implementing & managing PMO responsible for governance of multiple projects & programs. · |
