Delivery Manager - QA

What Youll Be Doing:

You will architect and scale robust automation frameworks, define outcome-driven test strategies, and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery for our banking clients. This role demands strong client engagement and disciplined execution to consistently meet commitments.

What You Will Own:

• Own end-to-end client delivery including estimation, planning, execution, reporting, and governance
• Serve as the primary client point of contact, ensuring transparency, trust, and business alignment
• Design and scale automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and REST APIs
• Define automation strategy aligned to client roadmaps and release cycles
• Ensure SLA-driven execution with zero surprises
• Proactively identify risks, resolve escalations, and drive defect prevention
• Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers to deliver on commitments
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to enable faster, reliable releases

What You Bring:

• 1014 years in QA Automation, with experience working with clients directly for delivery management.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Java, REST API automation.
• Proven experience managing client expectations and complex stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate with teams across locations including QA, Product Engineering, Delivery and client teams.
• Excellent communication and ability to drive client success independently.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with high accountability
