Position Overview

We are seeking a Delivery Manager with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft .NET technologies and React-based front-end development. The role involves leading endtoend software delivery, managing cross-functional engineering teams, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and with high technical quality. The ideal candidate combines delivery leadership with a solid technical understanding of modern web application architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Leadership

• Oversee full-cycle delivery of .NET + React application development projects.
• Create delivery plans, manage scope, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to delivery governance.

Technical Oversight

• Provide guidance on solution architecture involving C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, REST APIs, and React/Redux.
• Collaborate with architects and senior developers to maintain code quality, scalability, and performance standards.
• Review technical designs, sprint output, and integration plans.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main point of contact for product owners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions proactively.
• Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor engineering teams comprising .NET developers, React developers, QA, DevOps, and analysts.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with DevOps teams for CI/CD and cloud deployments (Azure preferred).

Quality & Process Excellence

• Ensure delivery meets coding standards, security guidelines, and architectural best practices.
• Drive automation, performance optimization, and best-practice adoption.
• Monitor KPIs, sprint metrics, and delivery health dashboards.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Background

• Strong understanding of .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, Web API, Entity Framework.
• Solid knowledge of React.js, Redux, Typescript, JavaScript ES6+.
• Experience with RESTful services, microservices, and front-end/back-end integration.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.

Delivery & Leadership Skills

• 612 years of overall experience, with at least 35 years in delivery or project management.
• Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams in midsized or enterprise projects.
• Strong communication, planning, stakeholder management, and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to translate technical discussions into business language.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.
• Certifications preferred: PMP, CSM/PSM, Azure Fundamentals/Architect, SAFe.
