Role Overview

As a Delivery Manager, you will lead and manage project delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

• Lead and manage project delivery teams, setting clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations
• Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management plans
• Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements within agreed timelines and budgets
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks
• Monitor and manage project financials, including margins and profitability (especially for Fixed Price projects)
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards, industry best practices, policies, and procedures
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery processes

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary client interface for delivery-related communication
• Manage client expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Solutioning, and Delivery

Operational & Governance Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure compliance with IT Service Management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
• Ensure effective status reporting and governance adherence
• Supervise and mentor onsite staff
• Coordinate with Practice teams for POCs and demos

Practice & Pre-Sales Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales through solution design and proof of concepts (POCs)
• Assist in end-to-end Data Engineering and BI landscape design
• Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices for the practice

Technical & Domain Expertise

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum)
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with Cloud & Data Platforms:
• AWS / Azure
• Snowflake
• Databricks
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
