We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager VMS & SOW to lead recruitment delivery and client account management for top semiconductor and advanced technology clients. This role combines VMS recruitment operations and end-to-end SOW program ownership, requiring strong leadership, stakeholder governance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead VMS-driven recruitment delivery for enterprise semiconductor clients.
• Strong VMS/MSP delivery & account management experience
• Manage client relationships, performance reviews, and delivery governance.
• Own full lifecycle of SOW programs across domains: Semiconductor/VLSI, Wireless, Embedded, AI/ML, IT
• Drive operational rigor, resource optimization, and commercial performance.
• Ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in staffing/workforce solutions with leadership experience.
• Proven success in VMS environments and managing semiconductor/VLSI accounts.
• Strong exposure to SOW-based hiring models.
• Expertise in technical domains (VLSI, Wireless, Embedded, AI/ML, IT, Networking, Security).
• Excellent stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and delivery metrics proficiency.
