Job Title : Delivery Manager Modernization & Microsoft Stack

Shift Timings : General Timings till 10 PM IST

Location : Remote, India, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Work from Home

Experience required : 8 to 15 years

We are looking for a dynamic Delivery Manager with a strong technical foundation in Microsoft technologiesespecially .NET and C#and proven experience in leading modernization initiatives. This role requires someone who can manage multiple client engagements concurrently, ensuring seamless delivery across diverse teams and timelines. A deep understanding of technical stacks, modernization tools, and enterprise-grade Microsoft applications is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the delivery of multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Drive modernization efforts including cloud migration, legacy system upgrades, and adoption of microservices and containerization.
• Collaborate with technical architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to align delivery with strategic goals.
• Manage project scope, risks, and dependencies across concurrent engagements.
• Ensure adherence to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Act as a strategic liaison between clients and internal teams, translating business needs into actionable technical plans.
• Monitor delivery metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery management, with at least 3 years handling multiple client projects.
• Strong technical background in Microsoft technologies including .NET, C#, Azure, and related tools.
• Experience with modernization strategies and tools (e.g., cloud-native development, DevOps, CI/CD).
• Excellent understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands across projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect etc), PMP.
• Experience working in a multi-client, multi-vendor environment.
