Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager Data & Analytics (D&A) to lead the end-to-end delivery of analytics programs, ensuring high-quality outcomes, effective governance, and exceptional stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in managing large-scale, insight-driven solutions, with a focus on delivery excellence, automation, and scalable data practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of D&A programs, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and budget adherence.
• Establish and maintain robust delivery governance frameworks and quality standards across projects.
• Drive client engagement and stakeholder management , ensuring consistent communication and alignment on outcomes.
• Deliver scalable, insight-driven solutions leveraging modern data platforms and analytics tools.
• Embed standardized delivery methodologies , automation practices , and best-in-class delivery processes.
• Manage project estimation, resourcing, and financial tracking , ensuring predictable and profitable delivery.
• Collaborate with architecture, data engineering, and analytics teams to ensure technical and business alignment.
• Proactively identify risks and dependencies and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in delivery management for data and analytics programs .
• Strong understanding of cloud data ecosystems (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data architecture.
• Expertise in delivery governance, estimation, and financial management .
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive standardization and automation across delivery operations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
