Hiring: Delivery Manager

Location- Pune & Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Managers to drive technical excellence, lead high-performing teams, and deliver scalable cloud-native solutions. This role combines technical leadership, delivery ownership, people management, and innovation across modern engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Delivery

• Provide strong technical leadership across AWS Cloud and Python (or similar programming languages).
• Drive end-to-end delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications using AWS services.
• Lead planning, estimation, resource allocation, and execution aligned with Agile and DevOps practices.
• Ensure adherence to cloud security, engineering standards, and best practices.
• Deploy, monitor, and debug cloud initiatives throughout the development lifecycle.

Agile Program Ownership

• Own delivery of end-to-end Agile projects with accountability for timelines, quality, and outcomes.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive automation, engineering efficiency, and continuous improvement culture.

Engineering Excellence

• Implement scalable software engineering frameworks, methodologies, and SOPs.
• Promote engineering mindset through documentation, knowledge sharing, and process maturity.
• Stay updated with industry trends and recommend technology evolution strategies.

AI & Innovation

• Leverage exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI tools to enable innovative engineering solutions.

Operations & Support

• Manage day-to-day production support including Incident & Problem Management.
• Ensure SLA compliance and drive technical improvements for system stability and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner closely with Business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective communication.
