- Min 10 years of experience in IT program & project management
- Experience in driving enterprise scale transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with making and pitching business case driving business case success
- Risk Issue Management
- Proficiency in risk management and governance frameworks
- Monitor risks track issues and implement mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular reviews audits and status meetings
- Stakeholder Management
- Handson experience in turning around CSAT and wining customer confidence
- Engage with senior leadership DMsPMs clients TPT vendors cross functional teams and internal teams
- Set and manage expectations
- Excellent conflict management and negotiation skills
- Independently handle escalations address customer leadership concerns
