Role Overview

We are looking for a Delivery Lead with 68+ years of overall experience in successfully delivering custom IT and Digital solutions . The ideal candidate has strong endtoend delivery ownership, proven project management capability, and hands-on experience leading crossfunctional teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Experience & Requirements

Overall Experience

• 68+ years of total professional experience in IT/digital solution delivery.
• Strong background in delivering custom-built web applications or data-driven applications .

Delivery & Leadership Experience

• Minimum 2 years of endtoend delivery leadership :
• From concept/initiation to golive and stabilization.
• Managing 10+ team members across engineering, QA, design, and business stakeholders.
• Experience must go beyond facilitating Scrum ceremonies candidate should have real accountability for delivery outcomes.

Project Management Skills

• Strong grasp of risk and issue management , with the ability to proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate.
• Competence in effort estimation , capacity planning , and project scheduling .
• Hands-on experience in at least one project initiation phase :
• Requirements shaping
• Scope definition
• Delivery roadmap creation
• Successfully managed at least one production golive , including cutover, deployment planning, and hypercare.

Technical Delivery Understanding

• Exposure to delivery using:
• Custom web application tech stacks (frontend/backend frameworks, APIs), OR
• Data platforms/applications (ETL pipelines, dashboards, analytics models).
• Ability to collaborate deeply with engineering teams, understand technical constraints, and drive solution clarity.

Business & Value Mindset

• Good understanding of business cases , ROI, value realization, and linking delivery outcomes to measurable business benefits.
• Ability to balance scope, effort, timelines, and value when making decisions.
