Role Overview
The Recruitment Delivery Manager is responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery for contract hiring and staffing requirements. This role involves managing recruiter teams, coordinating with hiring and interviewing managers, ensuring timely closures, and meeting agreed SLAs and TATs while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment Delivery
- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for contract staffing requirements.
- Translate client requirements into clear sourcing and delivery plans.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of open positions within stipulated timelines.
- Track pipeline, submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers on delivery matters.
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and offer discussions.
- Proactively manage escalations related to delays, quality, or candidate dropouts.
Team Management
- Lead and manage recruiters and sourcing teams.
- Set daily/weekly targets and track recruiter productivity.
- Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives.
Process Management
- Ensure quality and fitment of candidate submissions.
- Reduce interview no-shows, offer dropouts, and early attrition.
- Drive adherence to recruitment SOPs, ATS usage, and documentation standards.
Required Competencies
- Strong experience in contract hiring and staffing.
- Ability to manage high-volume requirements and recruiter teams.
- Excellent coordination with hiring and interviewing managers.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and escalation management skills.
Experience & Qualifications
- 610 years of recruitment or staffing experience.
- 35 years in a Delivery Manager or Recruitment Lead role.
- Prior experience in contract staffing firms is mandatory.
- Bachelors degree required; MBA/PGDM (HR) preferred.
