We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead IT Infrastructure & Managed Services (IMS) delivery for large-scale environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing 40+ member technical teams and ensuring seamless BAU operations across infrastructure towers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee endtoend IT Infrastructure Delivery & Operations
• Manage multiple IMS towers:
• Unix, Wintel, Database, Storage, Networks (Voice/Data), Service Desk, NOC, EUC (AD/Exchange/O365)
• Drive SLA/KPI adherence, governance, reporting, and continuous service improvement
• Collaborate with Tower Leads, Service Managers, and customer teams
• Ensure compliance with ITSM/ISMS processes and delivery excellence
• RAID management and preparation of service performance decks (internal & customer)

Experience:

• 15+ years total experience, including
• 10+ years in IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery Management
• Proven track record of delivering infra services in complex enterprise environments

Education & Certifications:

• BE/B.Tech preferred
• ITSM Expert certification
• PMP certification preferred

• Ability to lead large technical teams and drive operational excellence
• Hands-on understanding of Datacentre & Cloud technologies
• Process-oriented with focus on continuous service improvement
