Delivery Manager – Canada Staffing (BFSI)

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager Canada Staffing (BFSI) to lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for BFSI clients across the Canadian market. The role requires strong expertise in BFSI hiring, client delivery, and managing high-performing recruitment teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for Canada BFSI clients
• Lead and manage recruitment teams supporting Banking, Financial Services & Insurance roles
• Ensure SLA adherence, quality submissions, and closure targets
• Manage client relationships and act as escalation point
• Drive delivery strategy, process improvements, and best practices
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and reporting metrics
• Ensure compliance with Canada staffing norms and hiring models

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of staffing experience with strong exposure to Canada and US BFSI hiring
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager
• In-depth understanding of BFSI roles (Banking, Risk, Compliance, AML, Operations, Technology)
• Hands-on knowledge of Canada hiring models, compliance, payroll, and tax terms
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
