Were looking for a seasoned Delivery Manager / Senior Delivery Manager who has successfully delivered large-scale, complex programs for Microsoft and knows how to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of programs/projects with Microsoft as a key client
• Act as the primary engagement lead for senior Microsoft stakeholders
• Drive delivery governance, risk management, and escalation management
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, operations) across geographies
• Ensure delivery excellence across scope, quality, timelines, and budget
• Enable continuous improvement, process optimization, and customer satisfaction
• Mentor delivery teams and build strong delivery leadership practices

What Were Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in Delivery / Program / Engagement Management
• Mandatory: Proven experience working directly with Microsoft as a client.
• Strong understanding of enterprise delivery models (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall)
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience handling complex, large-scale global engagements
• Strong people leadership and decision-making ability
