Role:

Need an experienced Delivery Leader to oversee project delivery for Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform engagements. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional delivery practices, ensure client satisfaction, and drive delivery-led growth across a portfolio of customers and accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage implementation and managed services projects while ensuring revenue and margin targets are met.

AsK:

Need 17-22years of total experience. Should have a stable career in the Microsoft platform and currently leading deliveries for Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform projects.

Implement and refine delivery frameworks and methodologies to drive efficiency and consistency across projects.

Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery.

Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and alignment with their business goals.

Drive growth within accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on delivery outcomes.

Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to align delivery capabilities with customer needs.
