Delivery Lead

The Delivery Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring successful delivery of projects or product initiatives. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to drive execution, remove impediments, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Lead end-to-end delivery of projects and product initiatives

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives)

Manage timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress

Track delivery metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Identify and remove blockers impacting team productivity

Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and delivery frameworks

Support continuous improvement and team performance

Manage resource planning and capacity forecasting

Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs

Bachelors degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field

years of experience in project delivery, project management, or Agile roles

Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities

Experience leading cross-functional teams

Scrum Master, PMP, or SAFe certification

Experience in digital transformation or enterprise environments

Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices

Budget and financial management experience
