Delivery Lead – Managed Field Operations

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Project Ownership

• Understand client requirements and convert them into execution blueprints.
• Design state-wise/city-wise deployment strategies.
• Define KPIs, timelines, reporting structures, and control mechanisms.
• Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and quality benchmarks.

2. Field Workforce Deployment & Management

• Identify, onboard, and deploy freelancers/field teams across locations.
• Build a structured field hierarchy (City Leads, Team Leads, Executives).
• Ensure productivity tracking, attendance discipline, and performance management.
• Handle escalations and ground-level challenges proactively.

3. Operations & Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams (sales, recruitment, accounts).
• Monitor daily dashboards and execution reports.
• Conduct review calls and field audits.
• Optimize cost, productivity, and turnaround time.

4. Process & Systems Building

• Standardize SOPs for field execution.
• Implement monitoring frameworks for multi-state projects.
• Build scalable deployment models for future projects.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 48 years of experience in managed field operations, sales deployments, activations, merchant onboarding, surveys, audits, or channel expansion projects.
• Must have hands-on experience deploying and managing on-ground teams across multi cities/states.
• Experience managing team leads and reporting structures.
• Has grown from field execution role to team management role.
• Strong understanding of Pan-India field dynamics.
• Experience in startups, manpower companies, FMCG/BFSI field operations, or activation agencies preferred.
• Comfortable travelling 1015 days per month.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in high-growth environments.
