Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Delivery Lead to lead KAPITALs ERP staffing delivery function for our US clients. This is a strategic and high-ownership role where you will manage a team of recruiters, drive performance, maintain quality, and ensure timely and successful fulfilment of US ERP contract and full-time roles. You will work with niche technologies such as Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Salesforce and more making this a high-impact, high-value delivery leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US ERP recruiters to meet daily, weekly, and monthly delivery goals.
- Set performance expectations, track KPIs, and ensure consistent productivity and quality of submissions.
- Conduct daily huddles, weekly reviews, performance evaluations, and continuous coaching.
- Build a high-performing delivery culture focusing on speed, quality, and accountability.
Delivery Excellence
- Oversee full-cycle delivery for ERP and IT roles (Oracle Cloud, SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ensure high-quality internal submissions and client submissions daily as per delivery KPIs.
- Partner closely with Account Managers/Sales teams to understand demand, urgency, and client requirements.
- Drive candidate pipeline, talent mapping, and proactive sourcing for recurring skills.
Client Collaboration
- Work directly with US clients and account managers to understand role expectations and prioritise requirements.
- Maintain strong communication channels to ensure clarity and timely updates on candidate pipelines.
- Handle escalations, negotiate timelines, and ensure smooth delivery across all positions.
Process & Operational Management
- Optimise recruiter workflows, sourcing techniques, and use of platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, JobDiva, Clockwork, and KAPITALs AI platform Madgigs.
- Ensure compliance with US hiring standards, tax terms (C2C, 1099, W2), and visa classifications.
- Maintain accurate reporting, dashboards, and real-time delivery insights for leadership.
- Improve delivery efficiency through automation, data-driven decision-making, and process refinement.
Recruiter Development
- Train new recruiters on US staffing fundamentals, ERP technologies, sourcing strategies, and communication standards.
- Upskill the team regularly on market trends, tech stacks, US client expectations, and best practices.
- Build succession plans within the delivery team and help develop future leads.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- 510 years of experience in US Staffing, with at least 2+ years leading a delivery or recruiting team.
- Strong understanding of ERP technologies (Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Salesforce).
- Hands-on experience working with US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and US visa types (H1B, GC, EAD, TN, etc.).
- Proven ability to meet delivery KPIs in a high-volume, fast-paced US staffing environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, client handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ATS/CRM tools such as JobDiva, Clockwork, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, etc.
