Location: Hyderabad

Client Ecosystem: Google (Primary); Meta, Microsoft, Oracle, EPAM, Salesforce

Grade: AVP / VP (final grade to be determined post-selection based on experience and capability)

Role Summary

The Delivery Head will be responsible for leading large-scale delivery engagements for ISV, platform, and product-led clients, with a strong focus on the Google ecosystem. The role demands deep technical grounding, strong delivery governance, and the ability to scale and manage complex engineering programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for ISV, platform, and product engineering engagements
• Lead and scale delivery organizations of 100+ engineers
• Drive excellence across application development, product development, and platform engineering
• Establish and enforce SDLC best practices, governance, quality, and predictability
• Integrate AI-driven practices across the SDLC to improve productivity and outcomes
• Manage senior client stakeholders and executive-level communication
• Ensure delivery efficiency, risk management, and escalation handling
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and product leaders to meet business objectives

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 20 to 23 years of overall experience in technology delivery
• Proven experience delivering for:
• ISV clients
• Platform and product companies
• Prior hands-on experience as a:
• Developer / Tech Lead / Architect
• Minimum 610 years in core technical roles before moving into delivery leadership
• Strong experience in:
• Application Development
• Product Development
• Platform Engineering
• Google technology stack experience in a delivery management context, including:
• Build and integration pipelines
• Databases
• Cloud-native delivery environments
• Demonstrated leadership managing large, multi-disciplinary teams (100+)
• Strong understanding and execution of SDLC methodologies
• Practical exposure to AI adoption within SDLC
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Preferred Background

• Experience working with or delivering for Google, Meta, Microsoft, Oracle, EPAM, Salesforce
• Experience in global or distributed delivery models
