Delivery Head

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Head/ Vice President Solution Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery of established InsurTech platforms and enterprise-grade, services-heavy insurance solutions. This role is accountable for predictable, high-quality delivery across product development, client implementations, and deployments, while strengthening governance, scalability, and client confidence across an existing and growing delivery footprint.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in regulated-domain technology delivery, strong leadership across multi-team environments, and the ability to use AI to materially transform delivery practicesimproving efficiency, predictability, governance, and execution at scale.

What Youll Do

• Own and manage end-to-end delivery across multiple projects, programs, and client accounts
• Lead delivery strategy for Indian and international clients, aligned with business objectives and SLAs
• Drive delivery stabilization and scale across a mature portfolio of long-running, services-led client engagements
• Ensure high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective delivery outcomes
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery risks, execution challenges, and client issues
• Lead client communication, delivery reviews, and governance forums at senior and executive levels
• Define, track, and continuously improve delivery KPIs, metrics, and reporting mechanisms
• Own delivery inputs for RFPs, proposals, effort estimations, and solution planning
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency, predictability, and execution discipline
• Identify, adopt, and embed AI-driven approaches to transform delivery operationsincluding planning, estimation, risk detection, governance, reporting, and productivity
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve delivery velocity, quality consistency, and cost efficiencynot just individual productivity
• Lead and develop delivery leaders and teams to ensure consistent execution across projects
• Drive strong cross-functional collaboration between engineering, QA, and other internal teams

What You Bring

• 15-20 years of experience in IT or technology delivery
• 5+ years in senior delivery leadership roles
• Strong background in Insurance technology delivery (preferred)
• OR senior delivery leadership experience in other regulated domains such as Healthcare, Banking, NBFCs, Financial Services, or large-scale enterprise platforms operating under regulatory or compliance constraints
• Proven experience managing mid-to-large delivery teams across multiple programs or accounts
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
• Experience working in regulated, compliance-oriented environments
• Hands-on experience with process-driven delivery models (Agile, Hybrid, CMMI L3+)
• Solid understanding of .NET, .NET Core, CI/CD pipelines, and modern delivery practices
• Working knowledge of cloud technologies
• Demonstrated ability to adopt and scale AI tools (e.g., Claude and similar systems) to improve delivery governance, predictability, and operational effectiveness
