What are you accountable for?

  • Grow portfolio share from our existing customers by becoming a trusted advisor and consultative selling.
  • Responsible for building pipeline, deal conversion, and maximizing portfolio size
  • Own account-level PnL, ensuring profitability, margin optimization, and cost- effectiveness while driving growth
  • Develop and drive growth & account plans, and strategies that improve results for clients, while growing the account portfolio.
  • Identify potential project risks and issues that could impact delivery timelines or quality. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and implement contingency plans when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the delivery process, enhance efficiency, and streamline workflows. Implement lessons learned from previous projects to drive ongoing improvement.
  • Managing project issues/risks and client expectations and escalating as needed
  • Assisting in building playbooks and benchmarks from completed projects
  • Maintaining client relationships for all ongoing projects and drive recurring services bookings in your accounts.
  • Having an exceptional ability to effectively negotiate and collaborate across teams and organizations will help you to succeed in this role.
  • Supporting critical leadership reviews and presenting the status of the programs internally and externally
  • Continuously innovating and improving processes to optimize program efficiencies are key to being successful.

What are we looking for?

  • Overall 15+ years of work experience
  • 4+ years of delivery and consulting experience in digital technology space
  • 4+ years of account mining in Professional services
  • Ability to partner with CXO/CIO of global companies and engage customers on Digital and Cloud conversations
  • Passionate on solving customer problems working together with diverse teams
  • Ability to collaborate with Account Managers and Practice leads
  • Willingness to take a hands-on approach to manage client needs and troubled engagements
