Debt Syndication is one of the key products we offer to our clients. The role of the associate will be to work on live deals of partner companies for term loan syndication space.

- The associate will also have to co-ordinate with internal teams to take the various deals to completion.

Description :

- To perform credit analysis for loan syndication deals. This will also include working on credit memorandums etc.

- Tracking the financial and operational performance of client on an on-going basis will also be a part of the responsibility.

- The candidate will have to gain a very good understanding of funding needs of our partner companies

- To perform sector bench-marking across players of the underlying sectors and further assist the team in developing their understanding of the sectors

- To ensure liaising between business and markets team to take the deals to closure

- To visit clients to assess the ground level operational risks

- To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the wider policy, regulatory environment and recent development in the sector

- To continuously innovate to add value to all stakeholders.

Requirements :

- MBA from a premier institute, Masters in Finance/CA with credit experience will be desirable.

- Excellent communication, analytical, numerical, problem-solving and team working skills.

- Ability to come up with innovative solutions to scale up the business will be desirable

Qualifications :

- An MBA in Finance from a top-20 institution,or CA (all levels passed).

Working Days :

6 Days a week ( 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
