Galgotias University is seeking a Dean (Research) to accelerate our mission for global recognition and transform our research ecosystem. This is a critical executive role reporting directly to the Vice Chancellor.

We are looking for a leader who will:

• Significantly increase high-impact publications and citations.
• Aggressively pursue and secure major research funding (Grants).
• Recruit top PhD talent and foster research integrity campus-wide.
• Be the institutional expert for research data submitted to global rankings (QS, NIRF).

If you have a strong publication history, grant success, and the strategic vision to put Galgotias University on the global research map, we want to hear from you.

Key Qualifications: Ph.D. with minimum 5 years in senior research administration and an excellent track record of publications/Ph.D. supervision.
