Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership & Strategy

• Lead academic vision, planning, and execution across programs and departments.
• Ensure curriculum quality, innovation, and alignment with industry and global standards.

Faculty Development & Mentorship

• Mentor faculty members for academic growth, research productivity, and pedagogical enhancement.
• Drive recruitment, evaluation, and development initiatives for academic staff.

Research, Innovation & Entrepreneurship

• Strengthen the research ecosystem within the faculty.
• Promote funded research projects, high-quality publications, patents, and collaborations.
• Foster innovation-driven initiatives and partnerships.

Accreditation, Rankings & Quality Assurance

• Lead accreditation processes (national and international), rankings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to academic standards, regulatory norms, and quality benchmarks.

Industry & Global Collaborations

• Build partnerships with industry, research organizations, and global academic institutions.
• Promote internships, experiential learning, exchange programs, and joint research ventures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
• Extensive academic and administrative leadership experience at reputed higher education institutions at the level of Professor
• Proven track record of research contributions , publications, and academic excellence.
• Demonstrated experience in institutional development , policy formulation, and strategic initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
