About the Role

The Deal Execution Head will lead end-to-end execution of investment banking transactions, including equity fundraising, debt transactions, and M&A deals. This role requires strong financial expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring high-quality, investor-ready deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end deal execution from mandate signing to transaction closure.
• Build, review, and validate financial models, valuations, and deal structures.
• Oversee financial, legal, and commercial due diligence , including preparation of DD scopes, coordination with external advisors, and review of DD findings.
• Coordinate and review key transaction documents including Shareholders Agreements (SHA), Service Level Agreements (SLA), term sheets, and closing documents , in collaboration with legal advisors.
• Review and finalize Information Memorandums (IMs), teasers, pitch decks, data rooms, and investor reports to ensure investor readiness.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, investors, legal counsel, auditors, and internal teams during execution.
• Guide, mentor, and review the work of associates and analysts to maintain high execution standards.
• Support negotiations, valuation discussions, and commercial terms with investors and clients.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, confidentiality obligations, and regulatory requirements throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Provide strategic inputs to senior management on execution strategy, risk mitigation, and deal structuring.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA, CA or CFA preferred.
• Graduates from Tier-1 institutions will be given preference.
• 510 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and deal structuring.
• Proven experience in managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
