DDR / PCIe / NVMe / UCIe - Verification Engineer

Design Verification Engineer - Senior / Lead / Sr. Lead

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

Experience: 4 to 10 Years

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering , Computer Engineering , or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in design verification of high-speed interfaces such as DDR, PCIe, UCIe, or NVMe .
• Expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM (Universal Verification Methodology).
• Strong understanding of digital design principles, verification methodologies, and simulation tools.
• Familiarity with protocol specifications and industry standards for DDR, PCIe, UCIe, or NVMe.
• Experience with simulation tools like VCS , ModelSim , or Questa .
• Good understanding of debugging tools such as Waveform Viewers , Logic Analyzers , and protocol analyzers .
• Ability to write efficient and reusable verification components (e.g., scoreboards, monitors, and sequencers).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with formal verification techniques.
• Knowledge of other interface protocols like USB, Ethernet, or SATA .
• Experience in writing Python or other scripting languages for automation.
• Familiarity with FPGA-based verification platforms and hardware debugging tools.
