TCS is looking for DBT developer

Experience: 5-10 years

Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Bhubaneshwar /Kolkata

Required technical skill set: DBT (data build tool)

Must have skill:

• 5+ years' experience in DBT development
• 5+ years experience in ETL/ELT pipeline development using dbt core and dbt cloud and in a volume intensive data environment preferably in telecom industry.
• Good knowledge in performance tuning of SQL, modeling, pipeline and parallel processing concepts.
• GCP knowledge will be added advantage
• Knowledge on SQL and python is must.
• Good exposure in AI tools like Gemini Cloud Assist
• Experience in working with cloud databases is must.
• Good understanding of database concepts like partitioning, stored procedures, function.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical ability and the ability to work effectively with systems technical staff and business users.
• DBT certification is desired.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

Good to have skills:

• Google cloud experience
• Exposure to Generative AI models like Gemini
• Good aptitude, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
