#Hiring: Engineering Lead Workforce Management (Dayforce)

Locations: Gurugram, Bengaluru, Noida, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days WFO / 2 Days WFH)

Experience: 5+ Years of experience in Dayforce, Workforce Management and Advanced Scheduling

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Lead Workforce Management with strong expertise in Dayforce, Workforce Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Advanced Scheduling to lead technical design and implementation of WFM solutions in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical design, configuration, and deployment of Dayforce Workforce Management modules

Design integrations between Dayforce and HR/Retail systems (SAP SuccessFactors, POS, payroll, reporting systems)

Optimize scheduling algorithms and workforce planning solutions

Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and workforce policies

Manage and mentor engineering teams, promoting best practices in development and deployment

Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvements

Support rollout of new features across retail locations

Maintain technical documentation and support DevOps and CI/CD practices

Key Skills Required:

5+ years of experience in Workforce Management / HCM engineering

Strong expertise in Dayforce modules Scheduling, Time & Attendance, Payroll

Experience with API integrations, middleware, and enterprise system integrations

Understanding of retail labor models and workforce compliance

Familiarity with AI-assisted development, DevOps, and automation tools

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
