Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a "Datadog Implementation Project Manager". The selected candidate will manage the implementation of Datadog solutions, ensuring seamless integration and operational success. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, overseeing software deployment, communicating with stakeholders, monitoring progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of technical and operational issues.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Implementation and Software Implementation to oversee deployment and ensure success
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating project needs and identifying solutions
• Effective Communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders
• A customer-centric mindset for ensuring Customer Satisfaction during and after project implementation
• Familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring tools, especially Datadog, is highly advantageous
• Proven track record in managing technology projects is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
