DATACOM DEVELOPER Roles and ResponsibilitiesOwnership in handling and driving the sustenance activities in Switches & Routers- Analysis/fixing of assigned defects, regular follow up with stakeholders, proper closure of reported issue with complete analysis/fix.Hands-on in C language with good debugging skills.Excellent communication skills (verbal/written). Able to communicate with support team/customer and provide proactive and periodic updates on the day to day activities in bug fixing.Ensure quality deliverable.Must be a good team player, able to guide/mentor junior engineersMust have keen interest in learning new technology Mandatory skillsProficiency in C Language, Bug fixing with excellent debugging skillsExperience in working on Chassis based Router/Switches and Networking devicesExperience in forwarding plane, L2/L3/MPLS, preferably with Broadcom chipsets & SDKCapgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
