Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist (Level 3) with strong expertise in Databricks and/or Snowflake to build scalable machine learning models and deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in predictive modeling, feature engineering on large datasets, and deploying ML pipelines in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive and statistical models (delay prediction, demand forecasting, maintenance analytics).
• Perform advanced feature engineering using large aviation datasets.
• Build and deploy ML pipelines using MLflow (Databricks) or Snowpark (Snowflake).
• Analyze trends and generate actionable insights for aviation stakeholders.
• Document experiments, track model performance, and ensure reproducibility.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business teams for end-to-end model deployment.

Required Skills

• Strong foundation in Machine Learning and Statistics.
• Hands-on experience with Python, scikit-learn, and Spark ML.
• Experience deploying ML models at scale in production environments.
• Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear business insights.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).
• Experience working with large structured and semi-structured datasets.
