Databricks Lead | Immediate Joiner | WTC Kharadi Pune |

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of data engineering solutions using Databricks.
• Develop and manage data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Design scalable and optimized data models using SQL.
• Act as a primary point of contact for client communication and requirement discussions.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of data engineers.
• Ensure project delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and best practice implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, BI, and business stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural recommendations.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Experience 10+ years.
• Strong hands-on experience in Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, Data Processing).
• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for orchestration and ETL.
• Advanced SQL skills (query optimization, performance tuning, complex joins).
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management experience.
• Proven experience in team handling, mentoring, and monitoring project delivery.
• Experience in data pipeline development and large-scale data processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
