Database Developer

We are seeking an experienced Postgres SQL Developer with interests in Development and Migration experience. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our applications by analyzing requirements, creating and executing test cases, and actively participating in our Agile and DevOps processes.

Profile:

• Location: Bangalore/ Pune
• Relevant experience: 6 to 10 Years
• Education: B Tech, BE, MCA, MTech, MSc

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain database systems using PostgreSQL.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
• Collaborate with application developers to integrate database solutions with front-end applications.
• Analyze and improve database performance, ensuring system stability and scalability.
• Implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data integrity.
• Monitor database health and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Document database designs, procedures, and structures for reference and compliance purposes.
• Stay updated on new technologies and tools related to PostgreSQL and database management.
