Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Database Architect with strong expertise in Azure Data Factory, ETL pipelines, and cloud-based data integration. The ideal candidate will design, manage, and optimize enterprise-grade databases while ensuring performance, security, and reliability in cloud and hybrid environments.
Mandatory Skills
Strong experience with ETL pipelines and Azure Data Factory
API ingestion (REST / Web APIs)
Solid understanding of Azure IaaS & PaaS
Knowledge of ITSM data models and tools
Technical Skills
SQL Server (mandatory)
Oracle / MySQL (plus)
Database performance tuning & optimization
Database security, access control, backup & recovery
Cloud databases on Microsoft Azure
Data integration & pipeline orchestration
Scripting: PowerShell / Python
ITSM tools: ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce
